If there is a positive response to the solicitation,&nbsp;<strong>\u201cStudio Legale\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;immediately enters into negotiations with the debtor in order to recover the sums due out of court, plus interest and legal costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cases where an \u201cout of court\u201d recovery attempt proves unsuccessful, the client is also provided with in-depth assistance during the
